Please ensure that you notify us in writing by email that you intend to return an item.
You have the right to change your mind or cancel your order. You must notify us that you want to return an item within 30 days.We do not accept returns after the 30 day period has elapsed. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on any sale, custom made or discounted items. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly refund/exchange as long as the following conditions are met:
- The wig must be returned without the lace cut. If the lace is damaged/cut this will be classed as used and you will not get a refund.
- For hygiene purposes a wig cap must be worn
- Do not remove any tags/pricing/logo from any of the pieces when trying on.
- The wig or hairpiece must not have been worn, styled, brushed and must be returned in all of its original packaging. All wigs and hair pieces must be free of any odours.
- If you cancel your order within the 14 calendar period, all the above conditions must be met, otherwise we will be unable to issue a refund.

We do not accept returns for customised/Made-To-Order wigs/hairpieces. Your statutory rights are not affected.
CUSTOMISED WIGS POLICY
Customised wigs made to your own specification are excluded from our normal returns and exchange policy. Your statutory rights are not affected. We strongly advise that before committing to your order, you should read our policy beforehand. You have the right to change your mind within a 48 hour period. After this time, we will then begin the process of making your wig. If for any reason after this period you then decide that you want to cancel your order we will not be able to issue you with your refund.
Wonda Wigs will not accept any liability for products lost, stolen or damaged in transit. You are responsible for the return carriage of the goods. It is advisable that when returning an item that you clearly label it, have the return item tracked/signed and make sure that you have the correct return shipping address. We will not accept liability for any packages that have not been tracked/signed.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 – 10 working days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send the item to Wonda Wigs Unit 35 12A Fawkon Walk Hoddesdon Hertfordshire EN11 8TJ.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We strongly advise that your return should be sent as a ‘signed for’ item. One that requires a signature. This guarantees that the goods have been received. We cannot be held responsible for items that have been lost in the post.
